By purchasing States "DO NOT CALL LISTS", and registering as a telemarketer with the proper telephone solicitor application forms, you will be on the road to fulfilling your States Attorney General's No Call List policy. Each States "No Call List" is updated quarterly, and many may be downloaded from the Attorney General's website directly. Simply scroll down this page, find the State(s) you are soliciting, and click for the latest updates.

    Special Note: The FCC requires you to keep your own "in-house" list to make available on request. Also, several States use the Direct Marketing Association List (DMA) as their mandatory "Do Not Call" List Compliance Program (As opposed to running their own) - And some companies have reported dialer problems when loading the DMA "Do Not Call List", because of it's large size. Also, the National FTC Do Not Call List if approved by Congress will not be in lieu of State lists. While following these rules, be aware the burden is still on you to prove your innocence should a problem arise!

    If you plan on purchasing several lists, consider removing your "burden of proof" with an automatic Do Not Call Compliance Solution from Do Not Call List Protection, Inc..
